Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This page explains what happens to your images and data when you use i2img. You don't need an account to use any tool, and we don't ask for your name or email.

Images you upload

When you upload an image, it is sent to our servers and then to the AI service that does the editing (see “Services we use” below). We keep a copy of the image you uploaded and the result in our cloud storage so we can deliver your download, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. These copies are not published or sold.

Uploads may be checked automatically for adult content. Images that fail this check are rejected.

Information collected automatically

  • Processing logs: which tool you used, file size, whether processing succeeded, the time, and your IP address.
  • Approximate location: the country and city derived from your IP address, used for abuse prevention and usage statistics.
  • Rate limiting: your IP address is used to enforce hourly usage limits.
  • Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that requests come from a real browser.
  • Advertising and measurement: the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API record page views and tool use, along with your IP address and Meta's browser cookies. Ads on this site are served by Adsterra, which may use its own cookies.

Services we use

  • PicWish: image processing for most tools
  • Google (Gemini and Cloud Vision): photo restoration and adult-content checks
  • Box: storage of uploaded images and results
  • Neon: database for processing logs
  • ip-api.com, ipapi.co, ipwho.is: IP-to-location lookup
  • Cloudflare: bot protection
  • Meta: advertising measurement
  • Adsterra: advertising

Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The tools still work without advertising cookies.
  • You can ask us to delete the images and logs connected to your uploads.

Children

i2img is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
